Maria is a veteran of the industry, with more than 30 years of experience in janitorial service and management. Maria’s experience, dedication and excellent hiring skills are key components of HOTT Associate’s success. Her empathy, for both employees and customers, is the backbone of our company, and differentiates HOTT Associates from all others in the service industry.
Brian Schindler
Vice President and Technical Director
Brian is the point person for our Sales. His background in engineering and his extensive management experience provide HOTT with the ability to meet diverse challenges. Brian is an avid student who keeps HOTT ahead of the industry; from facility work-loading to infection control protocol to maintenance services, HOTT Associates is informed and ready to help.
Bob Henley
Maintenance Supervisor
Bob Henley is our Maintenance Supervisor. A personable, native Clevelander, he has extensive experience in Maintenance and in the building trades. Bob has worked for national communications companies as well as some of Cleveland’s premier small businesses. From construction sites to intricate electronics, Bob’s experience is as diverse as it is unique. His friendly manner, experience and can-do-it attitude make HOTT stand out in Commercial Maintenance.
