I am a veteran of the industry, with more than 30 years of experience in janitorial service and management. My experience, dedication, and hiring skills are key components of HOTT’s success. I believe in the importance of empathy, for both employees and customers, which is the backbone of our company, and differentiates HOTT Associates from all others in the service industry.

I am the main point of contact for our sales division. My background in engineering and extensive management experience provides HOTT with the ability to meet diverse challenges. I am an avid student of the industry, helping to keep HOTT ahead of the times; from facility work-loading to infection control protocol to maintenance services, we are educated, informed, and ready to help.

I currently oversee general operations, training, our website and social media platforms, as well as our customer care and sales call lines. I’m relatively new to the cleaning industry, but have worked in research, social services, and with diverse groups of people for the last decade and a half. I’m thrilled to come on board as the next generation of the HOTT family, keeping our company mission strong, centered on Kaizen in all facets of business, and focused on the continued growth and success of our organization and legacy.
